Returns Policy

We only accept returns within 14 days of your item arriving. Please make sure all items are returned with original tags and in original condition as if the item is deemed ‘worn’ or in unsatisfactory condition, you will not be entitled to a refund.

• We are happy to offer store credit, or if you would like to exchange your item for another item in stock, we can offer this, but additional shipping charges will apply.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless your garment is faulty in which case you will be refunded in full. To process a return or exchange, please email us at info@georgianash.com

International returns/European returns:

Please note all international and European orders are considered final sale once shipped and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. This is due to taxes/customs duties that may arise during the return process or shipping the items back to us. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to get in touch.

• No returns or exchanges on sale items – these sales are final 

Please shop mindfully, try to not order many items to ‘try and see’ and send back. We are very happy to send additional photos and measurements to help you with your purchase.
